Qualifications

• CNA designation or eligibility for certification
• Direct patient care experience is preferred
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including vital signs, personal care, and mobility assistance
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and health professionals to coordinate care
• Participate in mandatory training and continuing education to maintain certification
