• Gather information from physicians and nurses about conditions and plans.
• Measure and record intake and outputs; report changes.
• Record vital signs as requested.
• Examine patients for issues requiring care.
• Remind patients to take medications and supplements.
• Note observations of behavior to nurses.
• Stay up to date on CNA training and facility policies.
