Responsibilities

• Assist professional nursing personnel in providing patient care.
• Help patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Document vital signs and activities accurately.
• Prepare patient rooms and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable patient environment and assist with meals.
• Respond to patient call lights and paging systems promptly.
• Assist with routine treatment procedures under RN supervision.
• Support patient belongings and transport as needed.
• Provide postmortem care and assist with body transport when required.
