Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
• 3 months CNA or nursing assistant experience preferred in long-term care.
• Current First Aid and CPR card.
• Maintain current Food Handlers card.
• Pass a criminal background and fingerprint check.
• Basic computer skills to learn company applications.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized care plans and report changes to the Director of Nursing Services.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Monitor residents, take vital signs, and document care provided.
