Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting and nutrition support.
• Observe patients, report observations and document care performed.
• Assist with daily living activities and maintain a clean living environment.
• Adhere to care procedures and standards of conduct; participate in in-service training.
