Job summary

Quantum Healthcare Group in Lehigh Acres, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate care team. The CNA will interact with patients, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily living activities in a long-term care setting.

Weekend availability, shift differentials, and growth opportunities are offered. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, state-approved CNA training, basic computer skills, and excellent bedside manner.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant training course
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy (bedside manner)

Responsibilities

• Certified Nursing Assistants assist with daily living activities including delivering meals, turning and ambulating patients, and ensuring hydration
• Assist patients with personal hygiene, bedpans, baths, shampoos, and showers
• Provide adjunct care including ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths
• Check vital signs and record information in patient charts
• Support nurses and other staff as needed
• Work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks safely under pressure
