Chase County Care and Rehab in Cottonwood Falls, KS is hiring full-time CNAs to join our clinical team. You will provide total care for residents, assist with ADLs, and support a caring, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas certification/registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents, including ADLs (washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, mobility).
• Record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, weight) and assist with ROM.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition, attitude, appetite, and behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements; provide warm, friendly care.
