Job summary

The Southwood is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide direct care to residents, assist with daily living activities, monitor health conditions, and support the nursing team to ensure a safe, caring environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Active CNA certification in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, senior living, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor health conditions and record vital signs.
