San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under the Unit Manager or Charge Nurse. You will help with daily living activities, observe residents, and report changes to the nursing team.

The position offers full-time night shifts, competitive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, inclusive environment. Prior CNA certification in CA is required.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program.
• Current, active CNA certification in the State of California.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Strong understanding of written and verbal instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to support residents' daily care needs while maintaining dignity and resident rights.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with personal care needs, including grooming, nutrition, activity, rest, and elimination in a safe and respectful manner.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment by supporting proper ventilation, lighting, and furniture arrangements.
• Promote residents' dignity and uphold all resident rights, including freedom from abuse and restraints.
• Report signs of abuse or rights violations to the Charge Nurse or appropriate personnel.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, visitors, and healthcare team members.
• Document care provided to residents in a timely and concise manner.
