Avir at The Renaissance is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Aide to provide non-professional direct resident care under supervision. You will assist with daily living activities, document care, and support a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Aide in good standing with the State.
• Must have ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Must be able to relate positively to residents and families and to work cooperatively with other associates.
• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Job Functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Provide non-professional direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and dining.
• Record care provision on resident records and report changes to the nurse in charge.
• Promote a positive environment and comply with safety, infection control and HIPAA requirements.
