Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with residents' assessment and care plans.
• Move and assist residents, monitor conditions, and report changes to supervisors.
• Communicate with nursing staff, residents, families, and other personnel.
• Be flexible to work beyond normal hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Participate in continuing education programs and maintain safety and infection control practices.
