Job summary

Aviata Health Group is hiring CNAs for a skilled nursing center in Orange Park, FL. You will deliver direct care to residents, assist with daily living activities, and support mobility and comfort while maintaining dignity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA certification course.
• Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level for job duties.
• Ability to treat and care for seniors with dignity and respect.
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly manner.
• New hires must complete orientation.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents’ personal needs, safety and comfort.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL) and mobility.
• Aid in daily tasks (telephone, laundry, transportation, mail).
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Conduct rounds to monitor hazards or incidents.
• Assist in dining, including escort and service.
