Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a CNA program or hold a CNA license.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical CNA exposure.
• Must communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to handle ill, aged, and infirm residents with empathy.
• Must be in good health and emotionally stable.

Responsabilités

• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide care.
• Verify resident identification before care or meals.
• Assist with activities of daily living and meals.
• Keep residents clean, dry, and neatly dressed.
• Document intake, output, and changes in condition.
• Report concerns to the Charge Nurse promptly.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety rules.
• Attend in-service trainings and meetings as directed.
