Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Nursing & Rehab team in New Jersey. The starting pay is around $22.74 per hour with higher rates based on experience.

A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for eligible CNAs. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide patient-centered care, follow the plan of care, and complete all required documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Patient advocacy and compassionate care.
• Strong communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care according to the care plan.
• Complete required documentation per state/federal guidelines.
• Assist with ROM, ambulation, feeding, and daily living activities.
• Report changes in patient condition to appropriate staff.
• Participate in shift reporting and teamwork across disciplines.
