Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate resident care and uphold individualized care plans. The role includes accurate documentation and adherence to facility policies, with emphasis on teamwork and patient advocacy.

• Ability to effectively work on a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident care as a CNA.
• Ensure adherence to the resident’s plan of care.
• Complete required documentation per state/federal guidelines.
• Follow facility policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily resident needs and activities as assigned.

The role of a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) is todemonstratethe ability toprovideexceptional resident care. The C.N.A. also ensuresresident’splan of care is followed. He or she must complete all required documentation as per state/federal guidelines, while also following all facility policies and procedures.
