Job summary

Arbor Acres United Methodist Retirement Community in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time day shifts. CNAs assist residents with daily living activities, support nursing staff, and may be assigned to Assisted Living, Memory Care or Skilled Nursing.

We offer competitive pay of $18.00-$21.00 per hour, shift and weekend differentials, an extensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Experience assisting residents with activities of daily living is preferred.
• Must be able to lift and move residents safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in providing care to geriatric residents.
• Help residents with personal grooming and dressing.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers and dining assistance.
• Communicate resident needs and changes to the nursing team.
