You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, document procedures, and follow strict infection control practices.

Qualifications

• Current STNA or CNA certification in good standing with Ohio Nurse Aide Registry.
• Previous experience in long‑term care or senior living setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct, hands‑on care to residents per individualized care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor and document vital signs and resident care activities.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety standards at all times.
• Respond promptly to resident needs while promoting dignity, comfort and independence.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Contribute to a positive, culture‑driven community with strong staff‑to‑resident ratios.
