Job summary

Exton Post Acute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a competitive all-inclusive wage of $20.25–$23.25 per hour.

Join a 120-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility focused on dignity and quality of life for residents. CNAs provide essential resident care under supervision, assist with daily activities, observe and report changes, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification is required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet physical, emotional, and daily living needs of residents.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support nursing staff in delivering resident-centered care.
