Exton Post Acute is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a 120-bed facility in Exton, PA. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available, with competitive hourly wages and a same-day pay option.

Must hold an active CNA license in Pennsylvania and current BLS/CPR certification. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and high-quality resident care in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
