Crawford Care Center in Saegertown, PA is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to support residents with daily living and quality-of-life needs.

We offer flexible schedules (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, 8/12-hour shifts), increased wages, on-demand pay, comprehensive benefits, PTO and 401(k). Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, meals, hygiene, and hydration.
• Provide compassionate personal care while respecting each resident's dignity and preferences.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Accurately document food and fluid intake.
• Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe and comfortable resident environments.
• Transport residents safely throughout the facility.
• Follow care plans, facility policies and professional standards.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with applicable regulations.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team.
