Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills essential.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine passion for senior care required.
• Must complete required pre-employment screening and Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (mobility, meals, hygiene, hydration).
• Provide compassionate personal care.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Accurately document food and fluid intake.
• Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements.
• Maintain clean and safe resident environments.
• Transport residents safely throughout the facility.
• Follow all facility policies and professional standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.
