Kingston Health Center of Sylvania is recruiting a Certified Nursing Assistant to join Trilogy Health Services. You will provide daily nursing care per each resident's plan and offer companionship and support in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active state CNA certification required.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting when needed
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure resident comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
