Job summary

Pavilion of Logan Square in Chicago is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. The CNAs will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and support nursing staff under supervision.

This is a unionized, full-time or part-time position with a $500 sign-on bonus for full-time hires. Requirements include a State CNA license, High School Diploma or GED, and CPR certification (within 90 days preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State CNA license/certification required.
• Current CPR certificate or completion within 90 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living under supervision of a nurse.
• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist in turning, repositioning, and safety of residents.
• Maintain clean rooms and assist with basic documentation.
