Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active, unencumbered CNA certification in South Carolina (required).
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff; maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
