Job summary

Majestic Care of South Bend seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate care team, delivering direct hands-on nursing care to residents daily and supporting nurses.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor residents, ensure safety, hydration and nutrition, and report observations while maintaining privacy and dignity; participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state you work.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Respond to call lights to maximize comfort, safety and privacy.
• Transport residents by ambulation or wheelchair within the community.
• Report significant findings to the nurse promptly.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge to ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of resident rooms.
