Parker Health and Rehabilitation in Indiana is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time shifts. You will assist residents with daily care, bathing, feeding and mobility, while documenting care and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or student permit) is required.
• ISDH CNA certification in good standing is required; 120-day waiver for out-of-state CNAs or students awaiting Indiana certification.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, oral hygiene, grooming and dressing.
• Assist with feeding, hydration, snacks, and transfers per care plan.
• Respond to call lights promptly per facility policy.
• Maintain resident rooms and personal belongings in order.
• Observe changes in appetite, skin or behavior and report promptly.
• Provide emotional support and maintain resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Document vitals and care provided in the medical records per policy.
• Comply with safety, infection control, and cleanliness standards.
