Job summary

Parker Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team full time in Parker City, Indiana. You will provide hands-on care, support residents’ independence, and work with a dedicated nursing team to ensure comfort and dignity each day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, unless working under a student permit.
• ISDH CNA certification in good standing; CNAs transferring from another state may work 120 days while awaiting Indiana certification.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, hygiene, grooming, and dressing per care plan.
• Assist with feeding and transfers, ensuring nutrition and safety.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Maintain resident rooms, bed linens, and personal belongings.
• Observe and report changes in appetite, skin condition, or behavior.
• Provide emotional support to residents and promote independence in daily living.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Document care and vitals in the medical records per policy.
• Follow safety and infection control measures.
