Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from Pennsylvania.
• Current/active CPR certification preferred.
• At least one year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Team-oriented and customer-service driven.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care) to residents daily.
• Change bed linens and maintain supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using proper devices and body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and food intake.
• Turn and position residents and ensure comfort.
• Report changes in condition to Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist in data collection for MDS and care plans.
• Ensure residents are hydrated and prepared for meals.
• Prepare residents for meals and accompany to dining room if needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and meals.
