Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and provide person-centered care in a warm, community setting near Overland Park, KS.

Starting compensation is $17.01 per hour, commensurate with experience. Part-time and full-time schedules available. Enjoy benefits including health coverage, PTO, 401(k) with match, and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and companionship.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure residents' needs are addressed in a timely manner.
