Qualifikationen

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from Florida.
• Current/active CPR certification, preferred.
• At least 1 year Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and work well in a team.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care) for residents daily and as needed.
• Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other data as assigned.
• Routinely turn and reposition residents and monitor for changes in condition.
• Assist in data collection for MDS and care planning; provide input to nurses.
• Ensure adequate hydration and assist with meals and dining room transport as needed.
• Respond to call bells and assist with other resident needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff as requested.
