Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Ohio invites compassionate CNAs to join Norwich Springs Health Campus in Hilliard. You will support daily nursing care, assist residents with activities of daily living, and follow each resident’s plan of care with dignity and respect.

You’ll work with a caring team to monitor residents, report changes, and provide companionship while maintaining a safe environment. CNA certification required; HS diploma preferred; 0–1 year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification is required.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting and positioning.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure resident comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
