Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of operation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) per resident plan of care.
• Change bed linen and maintain supplies in the resident room.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices.
• Record vital signs and other measurements as assigned.
• Support resident rights and choices within the care environment.
