Aviata Health Group is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team at the Seminole location in Florida. You will provide essential daily care to residents, including ADLs, vital sign monitoring, and mobility support, ensuring comfort and well-being.

We offer Full time Day and Evening shifts, as well as Part time across all shifts. Competitive pay from $18 to $21 per hour, plus benefits and ongoing training, in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Support mobility by helping residents move, transfer, and ambulate safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Follow care plans and comply with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
