Job summary

Fargo Elim, a Cassia Community, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our clinical team. You will assist residents with daily living activities and help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while working closely with nurses for high-quality, person-centered care.

Position Type: Full-Time. Shifts available Day 6:30 am – 7:00 pm and Night 6:30 pm – 7:00 am at 3534 University Drive S, Fargo, ND 58104.

Qualifications

• Current ND Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Help with treatments as delegated by the RN per care plan.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the RN.
• Document services in the charting system.
• Support residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe residents and report changes to supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
