Cassia's Fargo Elim Assisted Living is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Certified Medication Aide (CMA). This full‑time role includes night shifts and a varied schedule, with weekends and holidays work as needed.

You will join a compassionate team delivering resident care and support. The ideal candidate holds ND CNA and CMA certifications, can communicate clearly, and cares for elders with patience.

Qualifications

• ND Nursing Assistant certification is required.
• CMA certification in North Dakota is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Team player with a passion for elder care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Review and follow written care plans.
• Record vital signs on new software.
• Observe residents and report changes to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as requested.
