Care Initiatives is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate care team across Iowa. Schedule options include Full Time and Part Time - Days with competitive hourly rate plus shift differential.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, monitor health, and support engagement in therapeutic activities while following infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Iowa, or ability to activate certification.
• Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Deliver emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Interact with residents, families, and health care team.
• Perform routine health monitoring including vital checks.
• Encourage resident recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.
