Job summary
Intersect Health Care in your community is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our caring team and support residents with daily needs. CNA sponsorship is available, and competitive wages are offered to help you thrive in your role.
You will participate in daily nursing reports, assist residents with personal hygiene and mobility, observe changes in condition, and collaborate with a supportive team to maintain the highest quality of care for our residents and families.
Qualifications
- Current Michigan Certified Nurse Aide license or completion of Michigan approved CNA training program and eligible to test.
- Must be licensed within four months of hire.
- A can do/will do attitude to help others.
Responsibilities
- Participate in daily nursing report along with daily electronic documentation.
- Assist residents with daily personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting residents.
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when warranted.
- Work with a high quality, collaborative team and more.
