Shore Staffing is seeking dedicated CNAs with 2+ years of experience to join our team in Wisconsin. You will assist patients with hygiene, meals, medications, and mobility, while monitoring vitals and reporting changes to nursing staff.

The role supports short-term and long-term care facilities across multiple shifts. Candidates must hold a valid WI CNA license, current BLS/CPR certification, pass a background check and drug screen, and have completed a TB test within the last 90 days.

Formación

• CNA license in Wisconsin required.
• BLS/CPR certification required (AHA preferred).
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must have a recent 2-step TB test within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with hygiene, meals and medications.
• Monitor and report vitals and changes to nursing staff.
• Support patient mobility and transfers as needed.
• Prepare patient rooms with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Assist with feeding and ensuring regular meals.
• Observe and document patient conditions and behaviors.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a long-term or hospital setting.
