Vantage Health & Rehab of Hampden is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily nursing care to residents in Hampden, MA, following each resident’s assessment and care plan. You will be part of a compassionate team dedicated to improving residents’ quality of life.

The facility offers Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem positions across all shifts, with First, Second, and Third Shift options. We value empathy, reliability and commitment to high-quality resident care.

Formación

• Current CNA license in Massachusetts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Solid English communication abilities.
• A genuine passion for caring for the elderly.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to help the team succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Participating in and receiving the nursing report at the start of each shift.
• Assisting residents with daily oral hygiene and mouth care needs.
• Aiding residents with bathing and dressing.
• Helping with lifting, turning, moving, and positioning residents safely.
• Recording all entries in flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Reporting changes in a resident’s condition promptly to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Preparing residents’ rooms for new admissions and setting up equipment.
• Following assigned work schedules and tasks.
• Cooperating with other departments to meet resident needs.
• Flexibility in accepting different assignments.
