Morada Senior Living is hiring CNAs to join our team. The CNA provides hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment. Competitive wages, flexible scheduling, and a full benefits package are offered.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining resident dignity, and collaborating with the care team to meet individual needs. Must be 18+, have a CNA certification (preferred), and experience with seniors is a plus.

Formación

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for a designated group of residents during the shift; checks on them throughout the shift.
• Observes, reports and documents symptoms and changes in residents.
• Assists with continence management and disposes of products to ensure sanitation.
• Helps residents with activities of daily living and promotes dignity and safety.
• Maintains cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas and supports meal service.
