Job summary

Centennial Post Acute in Anchorage, AK is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our caring team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and provide companionship while reporting changes to nursing staff.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($20.49–$28.23) with shift differentials, a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full‑time CNAs, and employer‑paid health insurance for you and your family. Flexible scheduling and ongoing CNA education are provided.

Qualifications

• Current Alaska CNA Certification is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Compassionate, resident-centered attitude.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Document resident care in accordance with facility policies.
