Complete Care in Matawan, NJ is seeking a friendly Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on resident care and support. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active and unrestricted CNA certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Keep resident areas clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Prepare resident rooms with necessary supplies, toiletries, linens, and equipment.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Encourage social interaction and emotional well-being.
• Follow all state, local, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
