Job summary

Majestic Care Beckley is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a compassionate team delivering hands-on nursing care to residents daily. You will support professional staff, help residents achieve independence, and promote a dignified lifestyle in a community setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring residents, responding to call lights, and reporting changes to the nurse.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Certificate must be current and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Respond to call lights to ensure comfort, safety and privacy.
• Transport residents by ambulation or wheelchair within the community.
• Report significant observations to the nurse immediately.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges for smooth transitions.
• Safeguard residents' personal possessions and maintain room safety.
• Follow infection control techniques and respect privacy.
