Job summary

ELDON NURSING & REHAB in Eldon, Missouri is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. The CNA provides essential resident care, assists with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and comfort, while maintaining dignity and safety.

You will work closely with nurses and other staff, document observations, support hygiene and nutrition, and help keep residents safe and comfortable. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive environment in a community-focused facility.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team.
• Physically able to assist residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, meals, turning and ambulation as needed.
• Support residents with personal hygiene and feeding.
• Observe residents and report health changes to supervising nurse.
• Document resident food and fluid intake accurately.
• Keep resident living areas clean and tidy, change linens, etc.
• Transport residents within the facility as required.
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements.
