Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meals, mobility, and nourishment.
• Support residents with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Observe residents and report health changes to the supervising nurse.
• Document resident food and fluid intake accurately.
• Assist feeding and administer nutritional supplements when needed.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and orderly.
• Transport residents within the facility as required.
• Support nurses and other staff to ensure quality care.
• Adhere to facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
