Job summary

The Orchards at Redford in Redford, MI is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our care team. The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and personal hygiene while supporting the nursing staff.

We value experienced CNAs with strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail who can follow facility policies and maintain patient confidentiality. This on-site role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must hold current and valid CNA certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meals, transfers and mobility.
• Support residents with personal hygiene and feeding.
• Observe residents and report health changes to supervising nurse.
• Document resident food and fluid intake to ensure proper monitoring.
• Maintain residents' rooms, beds and living areas clean and orderly.
• Transport residents within the facility and assist nursing staff as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The Orchards Michigan, located in Redford, MI is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• Help Residents with personal hygiene
• Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document Resident food and fluid intake
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport Residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills:
