Job summary

Jefferson City Care and Rehab, under new ownership, is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our caring team in Jefferson City, Missouri. We offer flexible full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified full-time applicants and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring patient comfort, safety, and dignity.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding.
• Assists resident with range of motion exercises.
• Provides for personal care and comfort.
• Movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
• Assists residents with ambulation for short distances in the facility.
• Takes and records temperature, BP, pulse, and respiration, and food/fluid intake/outtake.
• Provides direct and indirect resident care services.
• Communicates changes in residents' clinical condition to nursing team.
