Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Monitor health by performing routine vital checks.
• Encourage resident recreation and therapeutic activities.
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.
