Trilogy Health Services, LLC is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our Winchester, KY senior living location. You will provide daily nursing care based on residents' plans, offer companionship, and support teammates to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification required.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with activities of daily living (hygiene, turning, lifting, transferring).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with the care team to maintain resident comfort and safety.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
