Cathedral Health Care Center in Jasper, IN is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our dedicated team. You will support residents with daily living activities in a long-term care setting, working closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active CNA certification required, state-approved program.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to residents with diverse needs, including therapeutic support, neuro and dementia care, dialysis, IV therapy, wound care, and more.
• Deliver nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of each resident.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene, while following the established Care Plan.
• Encourage residents to participate in daily activities according to their Care Plans.
• Collaborate effectively with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team to support care initiatives.
• Foster respectful and supportive interactions with residents, families, and fellow staff members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to achieve Care Plan objectives.
